Background

Adding to the new community in Old Sarum, we are pleased to be providing an additional 65 homes at Longhedge Village. These new homes will add to our existing 225 homes being developed with Bovis Homes and Linden Homes. The collection of one-bedroom apartments through to five-bedroom houses will be available through Shared Ownership and social rent.

Working in partnership with Vistry Homes Limited, the new homes will help to expand the community. As well as being located just over a mile away from the historic village of Old Sarum, Longhedge Village is set to include a new primary school, community sports facilities and open green spaces making it a great place to call home.
