Every community is different. It's why we conduct research across our operating area to understand the needs of individual communities. We've identified the communities that most need our support, and worked with customers to understand the types of support that will benefit them the most.
It's not about telling people what we think is right, it's about listening to communities to help them to create positive change.
This is why we have Community Investment Zones. Each zone is managed by a Community Development Officer who works with our customers, the community and other partners and organisations to accomplish everything set out in our carefully researched action plans.
