On 18 December 2024, Abri welcomed London based housing provider Octavia Housing into the group following board approval in October. Octavia will operate as a separate legal entity under the Abri Group umbrella before fully transferring in 2025.
As a result, Abri Group now owns and manages more than 55,000 homes and various community assets, serving more than 120,000 customers. The completion marks a key milestone in Abri’s rollout of its regional model, with the introduction of a fourth region in London.
