Supported housing

Supported homes

Our supported homes are specially designed to the needs of vulnerable people. We provide the home and have a lease agreement, service level agreement or management agreement in place with a specialist partner who provide the care and support services to the customers that live there.  

We work closely with our partners to make sure everyone living in our homes gets the best possible support. We have housing to support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, young parents, young people, people with mental ill health, ex-offenders and people at risk of domestic abuse.

The allocation of our supported properties are managed by the relevant local authority and support provider.

How can I apply to live in a supported property?

Our supported housing is allocated by the local authority. Please contact them for information on how to apply. Details of the local authorities where we have supported housing and the support providers we currently work with are below.

Our Partnership Living team

Our Partnership Living team look after our supported housing schemes.

We manage lots of different types of accommodation, including:

  • care homes
  • shared houses
  • single occupancy properties.

We:

  • Work closely with partners to make sure customers are getting the services they need
  • Help ensure customers have a safe place they can call home
  • Negotiate and manage the agreements we have with our specialist partners
  • Look to create new partnerships.
