Within our Development and Asset Management teams, no two days are the same, but one things for sure - you’ll be delivering some fantastic new homes.
Colleagues within our Development and Asset teams are long-term and commercial thinkers, and are highly passionate about addressing the need for more affordable homes. The teams create homes that enhance communities, and work with Homes England and other organisations that share our values to solve the housing challenge.
The teams make sure our homes are fit for the future too, and prioritise regeneration and investing in new technology. Over the next five years we’ll be investing more than £215m to ensure customers have great places to live.
