Whether you're looking for a new role or looking to get back into work, our team can help. We’re all about working together to give you the best possible experience every step of the way to achieving your goal of securing employment.
Our service offer is underpinned by three basic questions:
- What’s your current situation?
- What do you want to achieve?
- How are you going to get there?
Whether you've been referred to our services or found us yourself, we'll work with you to understand what support you need to succeed.
What happens next?
- We’ll give you a call to explain our service offer, and find out what support you’re looking for.
- You’ll then be allocated an employment coach and we’ll get your first appointment booked in with us.
- We’ll send you an email with all the details, a copy of our job pack, and some consent forms (via docusign) which needs to be signed before we can start working with you.
- You’ll get a quick reminder call or text from your employment coach the day before your appointment.
You first appointment
This is where the employment coach starts to get to know you and identifies your abilities, strengths, and experiences alongside any obstacles that might be in your way when securing employment.
