We're currently consulting on redevelopment proposals for Hambleden & Hurley Court, Bracknell.
The discovery of RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) in the structure of the existing building has meant we need to redevelop the site.
We've used this as an opportunity to design a scheme which will give the local community in Bracknell:
- 106 new energy efficient homes
- a 100% affordable scheme
- new landscape and play areas
- parking, secure cycle storage and electric vehicle charging facilities

Our latest drop-in session was held at St Paul's Church, Harmans Water, on Wednesday 12 March 2025. Attendees could view display boards to show how the new scheme will look.
